The service

The day tour you select during booking. Duration, departure time and what is included are shown on the tour page and on your voucher.

Price and payment

Prices are per person and include all taxes. You may pay a deposit (20% by default) or the full amount; paying in full gives a 5% discount. The balance is paid to the guide on the day.

Right of withdrawal

For leisure services provided on a specific date there is no statutory right of withdrawal. The cancellation terms below apply instead.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure; full refund.
• After that the deposit is non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to weather, you get a free date change or a full refund.
