Free cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before departure and you get a full refund.

Late cancellation

After that the deposit is non-refundable; anything you paid above the deposit is returned.

No-show

If you are not at the pickup point the tour counts as used and no refund is given. Call us if you are running late — on some tours you can still join at the meeting point.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel because of weather, sea conditions or low participation, you can change the date free of charge or get a full refund.

Refund timing
